For this week, the last 5 day industry scan returned the following top active and bullish industries:

#1: Independent Oil & Gas. Most active with 24 bullish and 8 bearish stocks for the week but ended Friday with quite a few bears and an average change of -1.9%.Cry

#2: Gold. Most stocks up Friday with an average change of +5.24%

      General Building Materials. 9 out of 10 were up Friday for an average of +4.51%. See related article "Expected stimulus spending boosts construction industry stocks"

#3 Steel & Iron. Most stocks up Friday with an average change of +0.72%

#4 REIT - Retail. Most bullish Friday with 21 out of 22 stocks up Friday and an average change of +10.68%. Smile

     Wireless Communications. Mixed bullish and bearish.
